Build Something That Matters

We're not your typical finance firm. Every day, we work with founders who are building companies from scratch, and honestly? It's pretty exciting watching ideas become businesses. If you're tired of corporate bureaucracy and want to actually see the impact of your work, keep reading.

Why We Do This

Most financial advisors talk to startups like they're established corporations. That's backwards. Early-stage companies need a completely different approach.

We've been doing this since 2019, and over those years, we've learned that helping startups raise capital isn't just about spreadsheets and pitch decks. It's about understanding what founders are trying to build and finding the right people to back them.

Our team genuinely cares about the Australian startup ecosystem. When a company we've worked with closes their first major funding round, we celebrate like it's our own win. Because in a way, it is.

What Drives Us Forward

These aren't corporate buzzwords we put on posters. They're how we actually operate.

Real Transparency

We don't sugarcoat things. If a funding strategy won't work, we'll tell you straight. Our clients appreciate honesty more than optimism, and so do we when working with each other.

Actual Collaboration

You won't be stuck in a silo here. Our best solutions come from designers talking to analysts, coordinators bouncing ideas off strategists. Cross-team conversations happen naturally, not in scheduled "synergy sessions."

Growth That's Real

We invest in developing our people because we've seen what happens when you don't. Training budget? Absolutely. Conference attendance? If it makes sense. Mentorship? That's just how we work.

Current Opportunities

We're growing deliberately, not desperately. These roles opened up because our workload increased with new clients throughout 2024 and early 2025. We're looking to bring people on board by September 2025, with training starting in August.

All positions are based in our Blacktown office, though we do flexible arrangements after the initial training period.
